To address the corrugated flooring typically found in most vans, we recommend floor insulation solutions from trusted third-party providers. These products feature scalloped bottoms tailored to match the ridges in your van's floor, creating a smooth, level base for the modules. Installation is hassle-free—no glue, bolts, or tools are needed, and the process takes mere minutes. A wood subfloor is unnecessary, as rails can be placed directly on top of the insulation, allowing the modules to wheel effortlessly into position. Additional Insulation:

While our conversion kits come with their own walls and vinyl flooring, we recommend adding extra insulation for improved comfort and energy efficiency, particularly if you plan to travel in harsher climates.
